Fashion Makes Sense is het doorlopende participatieprogramma van FASHIONCLASH, gericht op social design, inclusie en educatie, met een focus op samenwerking tussen professionals en amateurs, vooral jongeren. Tijdens het festival worden de resultaten van projecten zoals Fashion & Crafts en TexTiles gepresenteerd. Er zijn workshops, een presentatie van Kunstbende Fashion winnares Eva Immerzaal, en een expositie van de Schone Kleren Campagne. De Fashion Makes Sense Talk, gemodereerd door Mara van Nes, brengt ontwerpers en kunstenaars samen die bij de projecten betrokken zijn. Aansluitend is er een modeshow en performance van Dictator of Art.
