A solo exhibition by internationally renowned artist Amy Sillman is on show at the Ludwig Forum: Oh, Clock! This is the painter's first institutional survey in Europe and offers an exploration of recent work and her latest approach to painting as a time-based medium. The exhibition is a collaboration between Kunstmuseum Bern (19.09.2024 - 02.02.2025, curated by Kathleen Buehler) and Ludwig Forum Aachen (22.03.2025 - 32.08.2025, curated by Eva Birkenstock) and includes drawings, paintings, zines, printed matter and animation.
On the occasion of the exhibition, the publication Oh, Clock!, designed by Petra Hollenbach in close dialogue with the artist, was published by Verlag der Buchhandlung Walther und Franz König. The publication includes contributions by Julia bryan-Wilson, Sabeth Buchmann, Michelle Kuo, Jenny Nachtigall, Rose Higham-Stainton, and a conversation between Amy Sillman, Eva Birkenstock and Kathleen Bühler.
