Working with marl
MaastrichtLimburg marl is an easy and enjoyable workable stone that you can transform into a beautiful piece with the help of various tools.
At the foot of the Sint Pietersberg lies the home of Annemie Bergers. She has converted and furnished her basement into a cozy Marl Atelier, a perfect space for your marl processing workshop!
During this workshop, you will work independently with a block of marl in a cozy studio. This soft stone is easy to work with for everyone. You can create a piece of artwork of your choice, such as a sculpture, a tealight holder, or a nameplate. The workshop starts with a short film about the extraction of marl. Afterwards, you can get started on your own.

- The workshop is only accessible via stairs and therefore unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs

- Children (8 to 14 years old) must always be accompanied by at least one adult
