The historic buildings, including original estate farmhouse, convent and grain lofts, have been converted to accommodate 114 guestrooms, two renowned restaurants and a boutique spa. The St. Gerlach Pavilion & Manor Farm has added a traditional coffeehouse and state-of-the-art meeting venue.
