Maastricht“New Fashion Narratives” at Bureau Europa showcases collaborative and transdisciplinary fashion works curated by a diverse curatorial team from FASHIONCLASH.

For this year's exhibition program, FASHIONCLASH has invited five fashion makers to form a curatorial team for the exhibition “New Fashion Narratives” at Bureau Europa. The team consists of Chaewon Kong, Katharina Spitz, Simon Marsiglia and Teresa Carvalheira, who all have different backgrounds and practices inside and outside the fashion world. During a Residency Week in Maastricht (April 22-26, 2024), they collaborated on the concept of the exhibition.
Inspired by the Exquisite Corps game, the exhibition presents works that emerge from collaborative and transdisciplinary practices. A diverse selection of artists, researchers and designers from different disciplines was made to bring this vision to life.
This event takes place as part of the FASHIONCLASH Festival.
